Anprop Asset Management is led by Alex Norman who is a RICS qualified professional with over 20 years property experience managing both commercial and residential portfolios for a broad range of Clients


Property Management

We collect Rent and administer Service Charges where appropriate with the emphasis on removing any complications for our clients so they can focus on their other priorities. Our objective is to remove any hassle and stress when dealing with property assets and we ensure this by taking a hands-on and proactive approach. Key to this is ensuring compliance with lease terms by all parties, building strong relationships between owners and occupiers and with all stakeholders. Contented tenants tend to pay and stay! We are quick to react and provide a responsive service, taking care to communicate in a clear and transparent manner.

Lease Renewals & Rent Reviews

The most common method for a landlord to achieve an increase in the value of their property is through rent reviews. Using our network of Rent Review Surveyors, we ensure properties are performing to their maximum potential. We can also prepare submissions for 3rd party proceedings.


With a vast network of contacts across the industry we can provide clients with the right opportunities to fit their investments criteria, identifying investment opportunities throughout the UK across different property asset classes.

Service Charge Consultancy

• Analysis of current and historic costs, or future projections to be levied by the Landlord to ensue reasonableness of service charges.

• Analysis and advice on service charge certificates, budgets, sinking funds and apportionments

• Advice on how to reduce service charge costs

Dispute Resolution

We are experienced in dealing with many forms of property-related disputes such as service charge issues and lease non-compliance. It is crucial to attempt to resolve any dispute as early as possible and to avoid court as generally the legal teams are the only winners. Disputes are more often than not emotive, which can significantly hinder progress. Taking an objective and reasoned approach is crucial to agreeing any settlement, while using negotiation skills and pragmatism and being conscious of the larger picture. We pride ourselves on using innovative and forward-thinking approaches and understand the obstacles and how they can be navigated. Alex Norman

Having obtained a BA (Hons) in History, Alex began his professional life at Currie Motors working in their property department and was heavily involved in development schemes with a number of large supermarkets. Alex moved on and become Head of Property Management at Lewis & Tucker Chartered Surveyors where he looked after a wide variety of Clients across a broad spectrum of property sectors. Having been responsible for capital expenditure projects in excess of £10m and with a broad range of property expertise Alex particularly relishes looking after the long-term interests of clients and finding ways to enhance the value of their assets; the establishment of Anprop Asset Management Limited provides the platform for Alex to provide an unrivalled personal service.
